At Winter Park Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
