Yes. While bikes ship 85% assembled, we recommend visiting a local shop or using our mobile assembly partners to ensure your warranty remains valid and the bike is safe to ride.
What is your return policy on cycling apparel and components?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bib shorts and socks must have all original tags and liners intact.
Do your frames come with a manufacturer warranty?
Every bike sold through Winter Park Cycles includes a full manufacturer's warranty. Duration varies by brand, typically ranging from 2 years to a limited lifetime on the frame.
